Yoga for children
We teach yoga to children in a playful relaxed manner. Their natural openness, curiosity and willingness to explore new possibilities makes yoga an ideal exercise for them. Yoga helps children improve concentration, attentiveness and patience. Psychometric skills and coordination are improved. Any children from the age of 7 to 12 are welcome to participate. The children's classes usually last one hour.


Our friend Swami Tattwarupananda runs a small ashram near Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala where he looks after 20 boys from a modest background, providing them with accommodation, education and moral guidance.
